-It follows the life and career of actor and comedian Paul Reubens, best known for portraying the character Pee-wee Herman.
-The doc follows Pauls ability to hold a grudge, trying out for SNL, coming out of the closet only to go back in to pursue his career, his arrest for indecent exposure in an adult movie theater, and rise/fall/retirement of PeeWee Herman.
-Pee-wee had 3 films, an emmy award winning children’s show, and countless appearances.
-At the time of shooting the documentary, the crew were not aware of Paul’s cancer.
