Brandi Glanville didn’t let a recent hospital visit stop her from soaking up the sun in style.
Glanville, 52, took to Instagram on Monday, April 28, to show off her body while rocking an itty-bitty bikini, mere days after being rushed to the hospital due to her mysterious facial disfigurement. In a series of snaps, she rocked a leopard-print bikini featuring hot pink straps. The top was complete with teeny cups and a halter design, while her matching bottoms were finished with string straps and a thong back.
Glanville teamed her look with oversized reflective sunglasses, a dainty circular ring and a leather studded bracelet. She wore her platinum blonde locks parted down the middle and styled in loose, curly waves.
As she enjoyed a pool day, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star posed with OnlyFans model Alexis Texas, who wore a fuchsia crochet set complete with a scoop-neck top and cheeky bottoms.
“Having the best time with ma’ girl,” Glanville captioned the post. “New bestie alert 🚨 💅.”
Fans were quick to comment on Glanville’s bounce-back from the hospital in the comments section.

Last week, Glanville shared via X, “My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning. I could not get out of my bed. I called 911 [and] had a lovely trip in the ambulance. Now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours.”
