Behind the glitz of Hollywood lies the dark reality and emotional burden often caused by being in the spotlight. As the personal struggles of stars like Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Kylie Jenner continue to make headlines, it’s clear not even the most glamorous lives are immune to the anxieties and pressures of fame. And that’s where spiritual healer and intuitive life coach Tammy Adams steps in.
Known as “The Life Purpose Shaman” with over 30 years of experience, Tammy has become a highly sought-after advisor among celebrities and high-profile individuals seeking guidance and growth. Here, she sits down with Life & Style in an exclusive interview to share her top tips and tricks to finding balance, healing and purpose amidst the chaos.
“The reason why celebrities really love me is because they see that I’m able to look beyond what people [see] and judge,” she tells Life & Style. “I’m able to see how to help them, how not to judge them, and how to give them a solution.”
With someone like Justin, 31, who struggles “with a huge amount of challenges inside of himself” due to past issues like substance abuse, anxiety and disruption of privacy from pesky paparazzi, Tammy advises he start with meditation.
“Justin should start meditating sitting in full lotus with his hands on his thighs, facing up,” she explains to Life & Style. “Inhale blue light, allow his body to feel weightless, and breathe slowly as he listens to a guided meditation, visualizing a new chapter in his life. The love of his family is his driving force, and it will inspire him to awaken others.”
She believes the singer is working towards connecting to the heart frequency in his music so he can spread light to those who listen. To do so, Tammy believes he needs to stop lashing out and reacting to the outside noise and “act out of love.”
As for whether Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin) is suited to help her husband heal through his trauma? The intuitive expert strongly believes she is his soulmate. “She loves the man completely and is just trying to protect what’s hers,” she confesses.
Similarly, another star who rose to fame at the age of 16, Wicked actress Ariana, now 31, has publicly opened up about her own personal struggles with mental health due to combating negative comments about her weight.
Tammy believes in order for Ariana to heal her body, she must address her “emotional blockages” rooted from her childhood.
“She needs to unblock her chakras, specifically her heart and root chakras,” she tells Life & Style.
“She’s open but feels fragile due to the disappointment she experienced at a young age. So, for her meditation practice, [she needs to] visualize her blood cells becoming healthier because her energy appears gray, signaling that some of her cells need more oxygen and hydration.”
Additionally, the spiritual healer believes “it’s also important to shield herself energetically and imagine a protective bubble around her. I suggest meditation for 20 minutes daily, inhaling the color red for self-love and self-worth, to help her reconnect with her inner strength and vitality.”
Lastly, the shaman shares her advice to Kylie, 27, who has been open about her past struggles with anxiety, fitting in and postpartum depression.
Agreeing that “postpartum depression is very real,” Tammy advises “20 minutes of meditation daily, focusing on the heart chakra.”
Adding, “as she inhales white light, she should visualize any emotional blockages dissolving into the universe, ensuring they cannot return to her space.”
Her deep-rooted issues, according to Tammy, stem from the fact that Kylie feels like “she raised herself and she feels like she was raised with judgment.”
“All Kylie wants is love. She doesn’t care about money. She doesn’t care about anything. She just wants somebody who’s going to hold her, love her, nurture her, and she just wants to be in someone’s arms.” So, “meditation is a powerful tool for rebalancing energy and reconnecting with one’s true self. Do exercises like looking in the mirror and your heart to remember who you were and why you are here.”
