While the all-female crew of the Blue Origin space flight gushed about their experiences in space following their flight on April 14, 2025, a number of famous women called out the mission for various reasons.
Singer Katy Perry, Jeff Bezos’ fiancée Lauren Sánchez, TV host Gayle King, former NASA engineer Aisha Bowe, civil rights activist Amanda Nguyen and film producer Kerianne Flynn took the 11-minute trip to experience zero gravity before landing in West Texas.
Some celebrities called out the cost of the ladies’ space travel adventure via multi-billionaire Jeff’s company, while others slammed the unnecessary pollutants it created. Others dissed the women having glam squads prep them for space travel.
