Bella Thorne has a lot to be excited about these days. There’s her new partnership with Passes, an online platform that gives the Shake It Up alum, 27, the freedom to expand her brand on her own terms — including by launching and selling her jewelry line, THORNE , directly to fans. She’s also a bride-to-be, who’s happily planning her nuptials to British producer Mark Emms. Here, Bella shares all the latest deets on her “fairy tale” vow swap in the U.K. with Life & Style!
What can you tell us about your wedding?
I have not picked my color schemes yet, [but] my fiancé and I, we have a love for the song “Black and Gold.” It was kind of like our song when we met and fell in love and so, there’s a lot of talk [about black and gold] and a way to incorporate it in the wedding.
Are there other personal touches you plan to incorporate?
I would really like to honor my father [Delancey Reinaldo “ Rey ” Thorne] the night of, since he died and he won’t be there. We’re [also] a blending of cultures. I actually went online and researched the different traditions for Latin weddings and British weddings. I would love for Mark and I both to do things from our culture and put them together in one. I think that would be really, really sweet.
