Sarah Bock is the 18 year old actress who plays Miss Huang on Severance. She is currently a freshman at Northwestern (she missed two classes to do this interview). Jimmy’s attempts to get any spoilers out of her failed, but she revealed that the set looks the same in real life as it does on the show. She said that the long hallways get taken apart and rearranged in different configurations depending on what scenes they are shooting so it’s very easy to get lost.
When Jimmy asked her about the props used on the show, she said there was an old fashioned phone “with a keyboard” and she didn’t know how to use it. She was talking about a regular landline phone, people! Jimmy said that he’s going to get her a phone with a circular dial because it will really blow her mind.
