– Luca Guadagnino told Dazed that an extended cut to his 2015 crime/thriller movie “A Bigger Splash” is being finalized and will be 195 minutes long; it will be titled “An Even Bigger Splash”.
– No word on if it will release in theaters or digitally.
– Stars Tilda Swinton as a rock star named Marianne on vocal rest with her Belgian documentarian boyfriend (Matthias Schoenaerts) on vacation in Italy when suddenly they are joined by Marianne’s ex-fling/producer (Ralph Fiennes) and his newly discovered daughter (Dakota Johnson) at their island villa.
– It is a very loose remake of the 1960s French movie “La Piscine”.
– A Bigger Splash is on Max if you want an idea of the movie as it was released 9 years ago (it is 2 hours 5 minutes as it is).
