Morgan Wallen is taking accountability.
On Thursday (December 12), the 31-year-old country music star pleaded conditionally guilty in a Nashville, Tennessee courtroom to two misdemeanor charges after throwing a chair off a rooftop bar in April 2024.
He also received his sentencing from a judge, which will include seven days of incarceration. However, it will not be served in a prison of jail.

According to reporting by People, Morgan will serve the time in a DUI education center. He also will serve two years of probation and pay a $350 fine.
The misdemeanor charges that he pled guilty to are for reckless endangerment.
His attorney Worrick Robinson IV issued a statement to the outlet: “Mr. Wallen has cooperated fully with authorities throughout these last eight months, directly communicating and apologizing to all involved. Mr. Wallen remains committed to making a positive impact through his music and foundation.”
