David – salmon and sautéed leek quiche with gruyere and dijon mustard custard
Lucy – vegan breakfast quiche with vegan sausage, tomatoes, herby potatoes, and tofu custard with nutritional yeast and kala namak
Tom – blue cheeseburger inspired quiche with veggie mince, caramelized onions, cornichon and blue cheese custard, sesame seeds, and pastry divers’ legs
