Joanna “JoJo” Levesque recently announced that her new book and debut memoir, Under the Influence, will hit shelves September 17th. The book, which she wrote every word of, will chronicle her life story from child stardom to young adulthood in which she struggled with addiction, generational trauma, fame on a developing brain, love, lies, spirituality and resilience.
“Thank you to my loved ones and the superstars behind the scenes who believed in me- believed in the importance of my story- and supported me through this rollercoaster of a process,” she writes on Instagram. “It’s the most challenging yet meaningful project I’ve ever taken on.
